ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND PRICING
Please note that there are cases when an order cannot be processed due to various reasons. The Site reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason at any given time. You may be asked to provide additional verifications or information, including but not limited to phone number and address, before we accept the order. We are determined to provide the most accurate pricing information on the Site to our users; however, errors may still occur, such as cases when the price of an item is not displayed correctly on the website. As such, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. In the event that an item is mispriced, we may, at our own discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your debit/credit card charged.
We ship most orders via UPS Ground. Items that are shipped directly from the manufacturer will be shipped using the manufacturer's preferred method (either UPS or FedEx). Packages that weigh less than 1 pound may ship via USPS Priority Mail. On orders that include free shipping, we reserve the right to choose the carrier of our choice to accommodate the most efficient method of getting the product to you.
Please keep in mind that UPS and FedEx do not ship to PO Boxes. If you put a PO Box as your shipping address the merchandise will be shipped via USPS. (Additionally, providing a PO Box as your shipping address will not cause us to ship via USPS for you. If you have experience with UPS delivering to your PO Box, please call us and we'll make the exception; however, if the package gets denied and rerouted, you will be charged all applicable shipping costs.)
After your payment you might receive a UPS tracking number, but that does not necessarily mean the item has left our warehouse yet. Please be aware it generally takes up to 7 to 10 business days for your order to arrive. The UPS tracking number will become active at some time during the 7 to 10 day period.
On orders that include free shipping, we reserve the right to choose the carrier of our choice to accommodate the most efficient method of getting the product to you.
Free shipping does NOT apply to any item that requires freight ground delivery. On all orders that require freight ground delivery, we will immediately contact you by phone to give you the freight charges.
We try to ship every item the same day in which your order is placed and payment is verified, however it usually takes 24-72 hours during heavy sales periods to process an order.
Any customer that refuses their package will be charged the original shipping cost, plus the cost of shipping to have the item returned back to us.
Please allow up to 14 business days to receive your order due to customs processing and additional shipping time from the US and through Canada. Be aware that you must bear all additional customs and brokerage fees. We are not responsible for additional importation fees, and these fees are not included in the total price of your order
All machines sold in our store are for American and Canadian use exclusively. They are mainly 110 or 120 Volt Machines. International buyers will need to purchase power converters to use their machines. (Do NOT adapt/splice the cable included with a cheap adapter. Purchase a powerful power converter/transformer.)
Please allow at least 14 business days to receive your order due to customs and International processing. Depending on your location, shipping can possibly take 2-4 weeks.
Be aware that you (the customer) are responsible for all additional customs and brokerage fees.

Sales tax at the rate of 9.0% is applied to all orders being shipped to a California address ONLY. Orders shipped to addresses outside the state of California are not charged sales tax.
A1sewingandvacuum wants to ensure that satisfactory customer experience. We value our customers and that’s why our return policies on almost every product is set for 30 days. However, the customer will have to bear the shipping cost for the product to be delivered back to us.
Unopened merchandise may be exchanged or refunded. "Unopened" means that the contents have not been removed from its packaging, and all factory seals are unbroken.
Opened merchandise may be returned, but only for online or in-store credit. Merchandise must be returned in its original factory carton (undamaged unit, Styrofoam, warranty card, instruction manual and all included accessories).
Shipping costs on the original purchase are non-refundable. Items originally purchased with Free Shipping will have standard ground shipping fees deducted from the refund.
Extended Warranties are also non-refundable, and items with free Extended Warranties will have the retail price of the Extended Warranty deducted from the refund.
If any product is returned without its original factory box, we will not grant a refund.
